Terms of Service

Prontoalb ("we", "us", "our") is an online booking marketplace operated in Albania. Our platform connects consumers ("Users") with independent service businesses ("Businesses") for the purpose of booking appointments and services online.

Prontoalb acts as a marketplace intermediary only. We are not a service provider. The individual businesses you book through us are solely responsible for delivering the services you purchase.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or make a booking. By using Prontoalb you represent that you meet this requirement.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it up to date.
• You must notify us immediately at info@prontoalb.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4.1 How bookings work. When you submit a booking request through Prontoalb, you are making a request directly to the Business. Confirmation of a booking constitutes a contract between you and the Business — not between you and Prontoalb.

4.2 Accuracy of information. You agree to provide accurate information (name, phone number, preferences) when making bookings. Inaccurate information may result in the Business refusing service.

4.3 No-shows. If you do not attend a booked appointment without cancelling in advance, the Business may charge a no-show fee in accordance with their own policy. Prontoalb is not responsible for such fees.

4.4 Service quality. Prontoalb does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by Businesses listed on the platform. Any disputes about service quality must be resolved directly with the Business.

5.1 User fees. Booking through Prontoalb is free for Users. Some Businesses may require a deposit or pre-payment; this will be clearly indicated on their listing.

5.2 Business subscription fees. Businesses pay a subscription fee to list on Prontoalb. Subscription terms are governed by the separate Business Agreement accepted during onboarding.

5.3 Payment processing. Online payments are processed by PayPal. By completing a payment you also agree to PayPal's terms of service. Prontoalb does not store your full card details.

5.4 Pricing. All prices displayed are set by the individual Business. Prontoalb does not control pricing and cannot guarantee accuracy. Always confirm the final price with the Business before your appointment.

6.1 User cancellations. Cancellation policies are set by each Business individually and displayed on their listing. Prontoalb has no control over and does not guarantee any refund.

6.2 Business cancellations. If a Business cancels your booking, you are entitled to a full refund of any deposit or prepayment you made. Prontoalb will facilitate this where technically possible but is not liable if the Business fails to refund.

6.3 Disputes. If you have a dispute with a Business over a cancellation or refund, you should contact the Business directly. Prontoalb may assist in resolving disputes as a neutral intermediary but is under no obligation to do so.

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including service descriptions, pricing, availability, and photos. Prontoalb does not verify all content submitted by Businesses and is not liable for inaccuracies.

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our community standards, at our sole discretion and without notice.

You must not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Albanian law or applicable regulations.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent bookings or reviews.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse Businesses, their staff, or other Users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without our written permission.
• Use the platform to spam, phish, or distribute malware.
• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.

All content on Prontoalb — including logos, design, code, text, and imagery — is the property of Prontoalb or its licensors and is protected by Albanian and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

By submitting content to the platform (reviews, photos, etc.) you grant Prontoalb a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the platform.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Any Business listed on the platform is licensed, qualified, or insured.
• Search results or recommendations are complete or accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by Albanian law, Prontoalb and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Any damage resulting from services delivered (or not delivered) by a Business.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to Prontoalb in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) €50.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prontoalb and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g. Google Maps, PayPal). These are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Prontoalb is not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of any third-party service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. If the changes are material, we will notify registered users by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may stop using the platform at any time. Sections 9, 10, 11, 12, and 16 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tirana, Albania.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at info@prontoalb.com and attempt to resolve the dispute amicably within 30 days.
